Equipped with open window detection to offer energy savings features, the Atlantic LST automatically reduces its energy consumption and heat output when an open window is detected. Along with these features, the Atlantic LST boasts an easy-to-use control panel with four large control buttons that offer users both audible and tactile feedback. Additionally, the Low Surface Temperature panel heater features a 15-minute boost function for when a room needs to be heated quickly. It also includes a quiet operating fan, four operating modes, and a 7-day electronic thermostat that can maintain the temperature within 0.7 degrees.

Designed and engineered with safety precautions in mind, the Atlantic Low Surface Temperature panel heater has a maximum surface temperature of 43°C to reduce the risk of burn injuries. It also includes an electronic child lock to prevent tampering with controls and safety monitoring systems that will activate the automatic safety cut-out in case of fan failure or overheating.

FAQs

Your LOW SURFACE TEMPERATURE questions answered

What does double insulated mean?

Some appliances, such as vacuum cleaners, electric drills and some panel heaters do not have an earth wire.

This is because they have plastic casings, or they have been designed so that the live wire cannot touch the casing.

As a result, the casing cannot give an electric shock, even if the wires inside become loose.

These appliances have double insulation and carry a symbol.

What is ErP?

ErP is the European directive stating that all electric radiators which are manufactured for sale in the EU after 1st January 2018 must comply with a minimum efficiency standard. A reduction in emissions is achieved with integral room temperature controls which have day or week timers. Additional reductions achieved with: temperature control with presence/open window detection, app distance control, adaptive start control to suit user lifestyle.

What are the installation requirements? Eg. Can I install the heater under a window?

Heaters should be installed at point of the greatest heat loss sometimes near to a window, although it is recommended that heaters are not directly installed under a window.
